Nice, slim stylish phone for under £150?
I am looking for a nice phone that has a large touchscreen, at least 3 megapixel camera and is a stylish slim design either black or silver.
I have £150 to spend on a mobile so I cant go far somehing amazing like the LG Arena – perfect 
If anyone owns or has seen a phone like this and could give me some examples it would be great because I just cant find the perfect one!

Was the Motorola “Razr” (original) from 2004 the 1st cell phone with the new slim design?
Was Motorola the first company to innovate the “slim design” cell phone? I know that Motorola experienced sales and growth due to the Razr. (has currently lost sales though)Currently, I am aware that there are many other brands such as Samsung and Nokia that have also designed slim style phones.
I’m pretty sure that there were a few slim phones before the Motorola RAZR, but I think the RAZR started the whole Slim Phone Craze. 2005-2007 was the biggest RAZR craze I’ve ever seen. Everybody I seen had a RAZR phone, even I got one the first day Verizon got one. it’s just weird how everyone hates the razr now. I have an EnV now and I believe the whole razr craze is almost over.
