How can I sell the pics I shoot in the International Market? Please suggest a best trusted stock photo seller?

Some stock photo sellers are not trust worthy. They sell our pics and give us nothing and some people give bad payment. So would you please suggest a good team to sell my stock photos world wide. Please answer only if you know about it.

it’s very difficult to get accepted at macrostock (getty / alamy / corbis) but in the meanwhile you may sell pictures online through microstock agencies; they pay less but sell far more and in the end you are possibly earning more at microstock

i know that there are bad businesses out there, which steal photos and don’t pay; but I’ve tried most of those listed here and i can confirm that these are legitimate sites:

my best earners are shutterstock (first place) and fotolia (second place)

it may seem that microstock sites like these sell pics at very low prices, but what counts is quantity, you will sell the same pictures many times as royalty free, and – unless you choose esclusivity – you can even sell the same pics at more sites

in total I earn about 500$/month with a few hundred pictures online but the more you upload the more you sell

1) On Shutterstock you must pass an initial test after registration, but it’s really worth the effort since it sells quite more than all the other sites including fotolia;

some suggestions to pass your initial test on shutterstock:
- choose your 10 best pictures carefully; at least 7 of 10 must be accepted;
- inspect them at 100%: there should be no noise or other defects; edit your pictures to remove defects;
- reduce your initial pictures at about 2400×1800 pixels (since they require at least 4 Megapixels, 2400×1800 is 4320000 which is enough); by reducing pictures noise and other defects are reduced as well;
- always save .jpg at highest quality/lowest compression when editing; for your next shots, set your camera at higher resolution / lowest compression / best quality;
- choose a variety of subjects for your initial 10 pictures;

good luck! after you pass the initial test, it’s not so difficult to get your next pictures accepted; and sales are very good

2) On Fotolia there’s no initial test to pass, but sales are a little slower;

I would suggest to register to both ShutterStock and Fotolia; the other sites on the list are only selling some pictures now and then for me: maybe it’s not worth your time; you may decide to subscribe later on

don’t be discouraged by initial rejections, you will quickly learn which pictures they want

Motivated Sellers Are Waiting For You

Everyone loves motivated sellers, right? As wealth building legend, Robert G. Allen, put it,
‘Never waste your time on unmotivated sellers.’

Would you like to know a way to find motivated sellers at NO COST while wearing your pajamas? I wanted to share the following strategy with you as I think you’ll find it very helpful in getting some great properties.

Okay, so the world of homeowners can be broken into 3 categories: folks who don’t have their home on the market, folks selling their home with a realtor, folks selling their home For-Sale-By-Owner

Make sense? And within each of these there’s a sweet, juicy core of motivated sellers just itching to work with you.

In future messages, I will talk about the first two categories for now this strategy is going to focus on FSBO’s (For-Sale-By-Owner).

#1 WHY FSBO???

Why For-Sale-By-Owners? Just because someone is a FSBO doesn’t mean they’re necessarily motivated, right?

You’re correct! Maybe they just don’t want to pay a realtor fee. Or maybe they prefer to sell on their own.

But there’s a BIG STATISTIC in your favor. Namely, most FSBO’s are NOT successful.

So they may not start off motivated, but after several months without even an offer the name of the game changes. But there’s a much BIGGER WHY on FSBO.

Flashback to 10 years ago. Contacting FSBO’s was a HUGE pain in the butt.

You’d have to works the phones or going knocking on doors. And since it is a numbers game after all, that meant a TON of work!

Do you hate work? I do!!! Here’s the beautiful part.

Our little friend the Internet has made it simple, fast and free to contact FSBO’s. You can literally contact dozens FSBO’s in couple minutes, all while still wearing your pajamas!

#2 WHERE FSBO?

I put together a strategic list of where to find FSBO listings online. These sites are all NO COST and best of all there is no dress code.

So wear your pj’s. Some of them you’ve probably heard of, but check the list carefully as I’m sure there are a few you never even thought of!!

(if you haven’t heard, Craigs list is the world leader of classifieds on the web and they’re real estate section is no exception. Tons of great FSBO’s here).

Two added tips for you. A) Be sure to search your online local classifieds as well. While these smaller sites will have fewer properties to browse, this also means the homeowners are probably getting less bites. Translation motivated sellers.

B) Check out www.realtor.com. Now this doesn’t fall into FSBO’s, or does it. Most listing expire after 120-150 days.

So it’s very easy to go online once per month, make note of the properties you’re interested in and then watch to see if they stay sitting on the market. After 120-150 days it’s time to give them a call!

If you have access to MLS of course, you can just check the DOM (days on market) for the listing. Although you’d miss out on the whole note making process kind of fun like watching the NFL draft. Now it’s time to tackle the third BIG question for you?

#3 HOW FSBO?

Okay, you found a pool of potentially motivated sellers, how do you reach out to them? The easiest thing for you is to write one email that you just cut and paste each time you reply to a listing.

TIP: Be sure to add something personal at the beginning. Even a simple note about how you like their window treatments, will dramatically increase you chances of hearing back from them.

For our Done-For-You Deals Members, I recommend they simply send out an email offering the homeowner a free video called “How-To Get An Instant House Sale”.

(STEALTHY TIP: Notice the way I always type “fre*e” with a star in the middle? That’s because free is one of those words SPAM filters hate. Use it and you greatly increase the likelihood your message will never reach its intended destination. But with this little trick you’ll slip in under the radar.)

The best part is not only does the video capture your prospect’s information on autopilot, but it also pre-sells, pre-qualifies and routinely follows up with them all without you lifting a finger.

But if you’re not a member yet, no worries. Here’s a sample of the kind of email you can send to FSBO’s. My tips are in parenthesis.

Saw your house listed on (name of site). By the way, I really love your (window treatments or whatever, saying something specific significantly increases the likelihood your message will be taken seriously and not seen as SPAM)

I’m sure you’ve probably found a buyer already and this won’t even be right for you. In case you didn’t, I thought it was worth a shot contacting you.

I work with homeowners in (NAME OF YOUR AREA). If you need instant cash for your house or don’t need the cash but just want to sell your house for full price, I can immediately help you. Drop me a ring now at (YOUR PHONE NUMBER).

Now you have the WHY, WHERE and HOW to luring in those motivated sellers from the ever growing pool of FSBO’s.

But I have one last nugget for you. You want to get instant bites, start throwing the bait in the water!

In case my fishing metaphor was too abstract, start making offers. Remember, it costs you nothing to make an offer on the property.

And you can always re-negotiate or change your mind during attorney review. But if you’re in a financial position where you can afford to immediately buy a property and you’ve just been waiting around.

Stop waiting and start offering! Reach out to your FSBO’s. Especially if the area you’re interested in has a high inventory of homes.

Maybe you offer 65% of asking price on a dozen houses. Maybe 11 of them are offended, but the 12th is that hidden motivated seller who has been waiting just for YOU! Cha-ching! You got a terrific deal!

Plus you helped out a homeowner who was stuck in his property. And if you’re afraid you might offend someone just let them know before the offer, Hey, you have a nice property and this probably isn’t what you’re looking for. But I thought I’d make an offer anyway just in case. I fully expect you’ll turn it down.

This savvy little technique is known as a take-away. Properly executed it not only eliminated the possibly of offending them, it piques their interest and, crazy as it sounds, it makes them want to prove you wrong by actually accepting your offer.

Finally, always remember, real estate investing and finding motivated sellers is a contact sport. There more contacts you make, the more you score.

Can you make a promise to yourself? How about you commit to emailing just 10 FSBO’s a day?

That’s 50 per week! Over 220 per month!

This is my first time buying a item on ebay. I want to buy a used xbox 360 hard drive (buying a new one is expensive) but how can i know if the hard drive is going to work and the price is true and the seller could be trusted? Could i get a refund if i buy it and it won’t work?
