Is there a provider for unlimited calling to Bangladesh?
I am looking for a service provider that provides unlimited or almost unlimited calling to Bangladesh. I call very often and i end up buying phone cards totaling up to 110-130 dollars. Is there a plan somewhere where i can pay 60-70 dollars per month for 2500, 3000 minutes?

That would be tough. Your best bet is voip but even voip service will cost more than $100 for 2500 minutes calling a landline in Bangladesh.
Maybe it would be better if you can do all your calls via PC to PC, that would be free aside from paying for internet connection for both ends.

And somehow if these sites too use more than the “unlimited”, either they will be made to pay through something or the other or the hosting account might get suspended.

My friends who have verizon tried to call my iphone (which is AT&T) and it said “unlimited” is it free for me to call them to?
Nope. It just means unlimited calls with AT&T customers.
