Calling from Mexico to the USA on cell phone?

I plan on vacationing in Mexico D.F. this summer. I was wondering, since my cell phone carrier doesn’t have international roaming, is there anyway I could get a prepaid SIM card that will let me call here in the US? My cell is an unlocked quadband GSM phone; I just want to be able to use it while in Mexico. Thanks.

Unfortunately, Vonage is a landline service.
Your best bet if you are planning on staying for an extended period of time is to go into a TelCel location while you are in mexico and buy a prepaid service and SIM card from there. You can buy a SIM card and prepaid service from the states, but you might have a hard time reloading it while in Mexico.
