Can I activate a tmobile sim card over the phone for immediate use with prepaid card.(Sidekick)?

If I’m activating a sim for prepaid service on a sidekick, do I need to provide any credit card information or anything alike?
I want to start using the dollar per day prepaid on a sidekick I have and I have a sim card from an old tmobile phone I had. I’d like to activate it again to use with prepaid cards. That’s what I mean.

I don’t get what you mean by activate a SIM card. If you took it from another phone, it’s already active. If you’re starting a new account, no they do not ask for credit card into.

How can I access the games I put on my memory card for my Sidekick Slide?

So I added a bunch of games to my memory card specifically for the sidekick slide. So I put the memory card into the phone and I cant find one single game. Not one game. However it did let me access the themes, and pictures on the memory card. Everything else it didn’t let me see. Any body know how I can play these downloaded games on my phone?
