Who is responsible when the ALO international phone cards do not work properly?

I bought an ALO international phone card from a vending machine in the Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. But the card doesn’t work properly. I called their customer service, they only speak in English and they told me that the customer service and the phone card company are not the same company. I found the ALO cards website, wrote 2 emails, but they were “rejected by the recipient domain”.
So the questions I would like to ask are: do you know who is the person in charge for those cards? And how to have my money back?

You got scammed. A lot of these cards used to be scams. They had 5 minute minimums for each call. Get an answering machine and you lose 5 minutes. They expired in 90 days even tho you bought 2,000 minutes; and nowhere on the card did it warn you of that.
ALO cheated you. You could ask the District Attorney is she would call the company for you. She works to protect the public from scams..

you cant use a o2 sim card with your phone unless you unlock the phone (hack the baseband). Your at&t card will work with o2 over here with your US mobile number because o2 and at&t have a “roaming agreement” where they can use each others international phones on each others networks.
