Orange Sim activation does not work?
Hello, I baught a Sony Ericsson W880i Orange 2 days ago from online store, and came and picked me an animal with my phone packages. They told me to activate my SIM card, so I phoned the number and recorded message from the Virgin told me anything through it and I did everything perfectly and told me to wait 2 hours for a text message, I have not received it after turning off the phone a few times to see if they would send a message through the system then told me I had to wait 24 hours so I did, yet there are no messages! Then I decided to do online and said, "Sending your 8-digit security" yet there are no messages … Its been 2 days now and have not received my activation orange it still says "SIM card inactive" and when I put in my old SIM card that says "SIM card is not active" is my phone is orange broken or not I just send my texts!
the call and choose the option to speak to customer services. my orange SIM did the same and could help me x X
