Can anyone recommend a price of the prepaid SIM card in Vietnam and Cambodia to travel for 2 weeks?
I just returned from Cambodia.They require a residence permit for a SIM card. Our driver got us to our own. It was 5USD for SIM and 5USD per minute. Make sure the match report SIM company. I do not know about Vietnam, but as a Communist country, there may be restrictions as well.
